Topic: HDSP 9632+HDSP 9652 internal sync

Hi,

I'm combining a HDSP 9632 with a HDSP 9652 in a I7-PC.

External sync (Spdif In -> Spdif Out) works fine, but is blocking the Spdif's.

How I can sync these cards with the 2-pole cable internal without using external In's or Out's?

I tried a lot of combinations, but I didn't get a sync...

You can't, as the internal ports are just mirrors of the external ones. So using an internal input one will also block an external one.

But isn't it possible to go from "sync out" of one card to "cd in" of the second? I get no sync in this routing. Whats the way to use sync out?

CD In is the same as your external SPDIF input. Sync out carries a word clock signal...
