Topic: Recommended USB chipset (PCIe card) for use with Babyface

Hello all,

I'm looking for a PCIe card to connect my Babyface to because the USB ports on my mobo just don't cut it. What is currently the recommended chipset for use with USB2 audio interfaces like the RME Babyface? I've come across the NEC/Renesas uPD720201/uPD720202 but are there other and maybe better options? Thanks in advance!

Bought a PCIe card with a Renesas uPD720201 chipset (http://www.dx.com/p/ake-007-2-port-usb- … ver-208899) and so far performance is better than with the onboard USB ports.
