Topic: Nuendo Audiolink 96 Cardbus/PCMCIA card not detected

Hi.  I've had the same probelm with a recently purchased Multiface 1 and Audiolink 96 card, which is that the card is not detected by Linux even though the PCI adapter is.  Any ideas how I can try to fix this?

I have two PCI-to-Cardbus adapters I've tried, one with a Ricoh chipset and one with TI.  Since the TI is supposed to be the more reliable of the two, here are some outputs from it:

By the way, this is on 64-bit Ubuntu 14.04.
