Topic: Babyface Pro - Wheel issue

Hi,

I just received the Babyface Pro.

i think the unit I received is not correct.
If I turn the wheel, the faders in TotalMix are only going up. It doesn't matter if I rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise.

So, as you can imagine, instant Red Levels here sad

Is there anything I can do or do I have a wrong unit?

Re: Babyface Pro - Wheel issue

Your driver version and TotalMix FX version? Mac or Windows? What about the LEDs on the unit? Does the control work correctly in stand-alone mode?

Re: Babyface Pro - Wheel issue

Hi there,

No, the control does not work correct in stand alone mode.
LEDs flip to red if I keep spinning the wheel (no matter what direction)

2,7 GHz Intel Core i5
8  GB 1867 MHz DDR3

USB Driver V2.10_2

Re: Babyface Pro - Wheel issue

I have a similar issue on Windows 10, driver 1.080, only difference: my wheel always turns down the volume no matter if i spin it clockwise or counterclockwise. Should I contact my dealer and have it replaced?

Re: Babyface Pro - Wheel issue

Likewise,
I received my Babyface Pro from Dv247 in the UK.

The data wheel will only effect a decrease in values, however it is used.

MBP2012 OS 10.8.5
total mix v1.12
USB driver v2.10_2

I've contacted the seller
