Topic: RPM+Multiface together

I have a bunch of RPM i use for DJing, i am planning on repurposing one for use in my studio, thinking of combining it with a Multiface I/II
I have PCI and PCX cards for my RPMs, is it best to use two PCX cards together, or is it required to use a PCX and PCI together for two cards ?
Obviously two PCX would be better for modern motherboard compatibility, so would prefer that set up for future proofing.

As mentioned in the RPM manual it is not possible to use multiple RPM or combine it with others. It does not have digital I/O and therefore can not be synchronized.
