Topic: No Sound From AES-32 in Windows 7

Hi, I've installed my AES-32 card in a PC running windows 7.

Drivers are all verified up to date, device seems to be good to go in the control panel etc.

No audio shows playing in TotalMix but I see the audio in the Windows Mixer. In the RME control panel, the system is showing a successful lock to the external Lavry AD.

No sound coming through the speakers and I'm wondering what I'm missing.

Help!

Thanks!

Re: No Sound From AES-32 in Windows 7

It sounds like you are playing audio through the built in sound card rather than the RME device. Check your default playback device in Windows Control Panel > Sound.

Ah, you were right, the wrong one was selected as default. Working now, thanks!!
