RME User Forum → HDSP(e) series → HDSPe AIO card not recognized.
Howdy RME. Recently upgraded Dell pc's from Optiplex 9020 (which cards were working fine on) to Dell Optiplex 7050 both running windows 7.
Sadly on the new machines we cannot get the cards to be recognized. Nothing comes up, drivers isntalled, many different combo's of pci slots used.
Still nothing, any idea's?????
Is the AIO on the last firmware? Some years ago there was a detection problem with PCI caused by power management.
The firmware was updated to latest release (week or two ago) before we took the card out of old pc.
No idea then. You will need to contact Dell about that.
