Topic: Delay effect only in Analog Out 7+8 after including Hardware in Cubase

Hi,
I got this problem: I bought Cubase 9.5 Pro to include outboard (SPL Charisma) as a Insert in my Daw.
That was no problem. As Interface I use a RME Fireface 400.
The Signal goes out to the SPL via Analog Out 5+6 and back into the Fireface via Analog In 5+6

Analog Out 1+2 goes to my monitors and the sound ist allright.
Analog Out 7+8 are on the front of the Fireface and are for the headphones.
Here is the problem:
The sound through Analog out 7+8 (Headphone) has some delay, depending on the samplerate setting in the Fireface (samplerate 1024 = long delay, samplerate 32: short delay).

Delay correction in Cubase was done.

This Delay (like Doublesound) isn't to hear in my monitors (Analog out 1+2), only with my headphones (Analog Out 7+8).

I think it's a routing fault, but I can't find the mistake.

Anyone an idea?
Thanks.
