Topic: Should XLR Ref level show +1 to +19 Db?

I switched from RCA to XLR (HIGHLY recommend this - geez what a difference! Your system isn't at near its full potential without balanced connections).

Anyway, I'm liking the sound a LOT (almost too powerful but sounds amazing)... my question is, in the manual, it suggests XLR Ref Levels are +6db higher than RCA... going up to +19. However, my max is still +13, even after resetting all settings by holding volume and 2 in while restarting.

Should I be seeing a +19 option in ref level?

Thanks

No. The unit doesn't know you plugged in XLRs or RCAs, so the display doesn't change.

Thanks. So XLR is just 6dB louder at any particular volume setting than RCA?
