Topic: Is ADI2DAC using TPS542951 as DC-DC converter?

What about the ripple voltage of this converter after LC filtering?
Can the ripple voltage reach down to uV level?
Can the ripple voltage affect the fs clock performance?

No. It uses a TPS54294, and this is not a DC-DC converter but an efficient step-down regulator. It provides the core voltages for the FPGA.

None of this is relevant.

No, it can't.

Hello MC,
As you said the TPS54294 provided voltages for FPGA.
what about the voltage regulations for the dac, opamps and crystal clocks?
does Adi2dac make use of low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators for these voltages?

See manual, chapter 6. Sorry, but I will not answer more questions on such specific details. I am too busy for that.
