Topic: Mono Output problem

I am currently experiencing a problem with the "Mono" setting of Totalmix FX. I am using 2 pairs of speakers, with Main Out A assigned to AN 3-4, and Main Out B assigned to AN 1-2. In this configuration, the "mono" button in control room does not work for Main Out B (assigned to AN 1-2). Not sure if this could be a configuration issue or possibly a bug?

Thanks,
Chris

[Invalid]Mono is only intended to work for Mains Out. This might change at a later time.[/Invalid]

Re: Mono Output problem

That makes sense, though I am using it on Mains Out. It is AN 1-2 assigned as Main Out B in the control room section. When I have Main Out B assigned to any other hardware output, the mono button works. The only time it doesn't work for Main Out B is when it's assigned to AN 1-2.

Re: Mono Output problem

You are right (and I was wrong). Checked with UFX+, that indeed looks like a bug.

Re: Mono Output problem

OK, that makes sense. I am also using the UFX+. I guess its not too common to have AN 1-2 assigned to Main Out B. The only reason I did it was because the +24 dBu XLR outputs suited my secondary speakers better.

Re: Mono Output problem

This is a long-time bug in TM FX, nobody ever noticed. As we just updated all drivers with 1.61 the next release will take some time. You can fix the issue already now by using the below versions and replace the existing TM FX.
