Topic: Adi 2-Pro Manual

Hi,

I have some corrections in the manual.
Page 20, chapter 12.1.2 Parametric EQ.
Band 2-4 Type
Is: Available settings are Peak and Shelf.
Should be: Available setting is Peak only.
Band 1-5 Frequency
Is: Adjustable from 20 Hz to 20.0 kHz in steps between 1 Hz and 100 Hz.
Should be: Adjustable from 20 Hz to 20.0 kHz in bands 1 t0 3, and 200 Hz to 20 kHz in bands 4 to 5, in steps between 1 Hz and 100 Hz.

And I have one question:
Why are the bands 4-5 different from bands 1-3 (Q and Freq.)?
Band 4 could be the same as bands 2-3, i.e. Q = 0.5 to 9.9 and Freq. = 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
Band 5 could be the same as band 1, i.e. Q = 0.5 to 9.9, Freq. = 20 Hz to 20 kHz and type settings Peak, Shelf, Low Cut and Low Pass (High Cut). Low Cut for using e.g. with additional tweeter or supertweeter.

If I remember right it has to do with available processing power on the FPGA.
There were alread upgrades in terms of more flexibility compared to the 1st firmware version.
