Topic: XTC only device that works with UFX+ adat expansion?

I have just upgraded to the UFX+.  I have future plans of adding the  XTC, but for budgetary reasons I plan on using the focusrite  octapre via Adat for now. I cannot get the focus rite to work with the UFX+. It seems that the only device that would be recognized is the XTC. Is this true? Is the XTC the only device that works with the UFX+ For adat mic pre expansion?

No this should work.
Maybe issues with: clock, cable, TM FX routing ?
Pls explain your setup.

You talk about the TotalMix integration? Correct, only the XTC can be remoted that way.
