Hi, i am new here, so pardon any noob errors. I have a small problem for which I'd really appreciate any help. I have a HDSPe MADI Card that suddenly lost sync with my yamaha 02R96V2 mixer, which has an Audio Service MY16MADI64 card connected with the HDSPe MADI card via an optical cable. My current setup is:
- Dell Inspiron 3847 mini tower
- Windows 10 pro
- intel Core i7
- 16GB Ram, 3.6GHz
- RME HDSPe MADI card
- Audio Service MY16-MADI64
- Yamaha 02R96V2

All drivers are updated and working well, but one day, I heard a pop sound in the studio, then suddenly realized that my HDSPe MADI card driver panel displayed a "NO LOCK" in the MADI line under the SyncCheck section. Settings are 48KHz sample rate, Clock source is Internal, and MADI In is set to Optical. I tried a BNC cable, but still no sync. Please has the card blown, or is there something I can do to fix this?
