Topic: HDSPe MADI receiving only the 'odd' channels at 96kHz

Attempting to run a HDSPe MADI, with TCO option at 96kHz, on a Mac Pro (2013) running macOS Sierra 10.12.6
Driver version 4.13
HDSPe settings Sample rate has been set at 96000 Hz, but the AutoSync reference is still at 48kHz.

Issue is - we are able to receive only each 'odd' or 'left' channel, and not the 'even/right', throughout the entire mixer.

At 48kHz, it is completely fine and all the channels are being transmitted/received.

What could be the issue?

What is connected to the HDSP card's MADI input?

Bi-directional signal to & from a Yamaha DM 2000 fitted with BNC MADI Card. At 96kHz, signal generated from within computer and being sent out on 32 channels to DM 2000, DM 2000 is receiving only channels 1, 3, 5...

Vice Versa - Signal being generated on DM2000 and sent to all the 32 MADI channels at 96kHz, the Total mix is seeing only 1, 3, 5...

From the MY16-MD64 manual:

'This card supports only Double Speed mode when running at 88.2/96kHz. (Double Channel mode is not supported).'

That means 96k Frame has to be activated with any external device, including the HDSPe MADI.
