Hello!

I seem to have exactly the same problem as the user in this thread here:

My Multiface II (with HDSPe card) has developed a noise floor of around -60 dB  on analog inputs 1-8 after switching on the computer. When switching to the Hi Gain setting, the noise floor drops to -71 dB and stays there, even when switching back to the other positions. This occurs even without any connections except headphones on the front socket.

Powering externally does not make any difference in behaviour.

Is this a case for the repair service?
