Hello,

I've been using the Fireface 802 for a couple of years now. Everything works perfectly. I recently upgraded to the UFX II in order to use the louder preamps. I downloaded and installed the latest drivers and connected it to my PC. After that I updated to the latest firmware.

Now that it's installed, my programs (Wavelab and Nuendo) can see and use the ASIO Madiface driver. However, windows 10 can't see it. If I try to play audio from a website like youtube, the PC can't find the audio. The little speaker icon in the tray has a red X, there is a error message saying "No audio Output Device is installed". I opened the PC audio settings and the UFX isn't available as an option. The device does appear in the device manager though.

I've tried uninstalling the drivers, using a different usb port, different usb cable and also a totally different PC.

Does anyone have an idea of what's going wrong here?
