Topic: Question about HDSPe AIO analog outputs

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm wondering about the analog outputs on the HDSPe AIO.

Does it have 1 pair of stereo ouputs AND 1 pair of stereo inputs? The website says "1 x Stereo Analog I/O (192 kHz)" which could be interpreted as one pair that can be switched between input/output. smile

And the HDSPe AIO page links to this image of the breakout cables, where you only see one pair of RCA connectors:

Thanks for any clarification.

Re: Question about HDSPe AIO analog outputs

There are independent separate inputs and outputs. In fact, even two separate analog outputs (line and phones).

Thanks for the quick confirmation. smile The image of the breakout cables is a bit misleading though, isn't it?

Re: Question about HDSPe AIO analog outputs

Nope... You're looking at the digital breakout cable with SPDIF and AES/EBU I/O. The other one is the balanced analog cable with two XLRs each, plus headphones.
