Topic: Dead ADI-8AE

Hi readers
my ADI-8AE died on me. No function/lights what so ever. Testing revealed the PSU is dead but of course the main board might be damaged too. Does anyone know the voltages and colour codes of the PSU? I could then easily check if the unit is still functioning. A full mobo repair is not worth it any more, a new power supply would be fine.
Hope anyone can help

This power supply supplies +15V, -15V, +5V and Ground. While I don't have the colors it should be quite obvious once you remove the PS.

Sorry to bother you again MC.
The unit powers up with only +5V connected from an external supply so that is good news.
But just to be 100% sure, the yellow is the +15V and blue -15V right?

I have no such unit here. But measuring to any pin 8 of one of the 4580 will show you what + is.

Just FYI, Amptec send me a replacement PSU (they had some problems sending the right one) and my ADI8 is up and running again. After 1+ month of using my Tascam FW1804 as replacement, I forgot how great sounding the ADI is.
