Hi, how can I route a playback track (USB stick) to the main outputs (analog outs 1/2)?

By selecting these channels in the context menu of the channel's play button.

When playing a stereo file I have to select 'Play Channel 1/2' for 'Analog Out 1/2' (main outputs). It doesn't matter if the file was recorded from 'Analog In 1/2' or 'Anlaog In 3/4'. 'Mix to Analog Out 1/2' settings have no influence on USB playback.

Correct. If you only recorded 2 channels they will be tracks 1 and 2. But it doesn't matter on what output channels you assign those 'tracks' 1/2.
