Topic: Converter quality ADI-8 DS vs. Fireface UFX 2

Hello everyone,

I own 2 ADI-8 DS of the first generation and
am going to replace my Digiface with a Fireface2 very
soon.

Can anyone tell me how the quality of the Firefaces converters
are compared to those of the old ADI8-DS? I am especially
interested in the A/D side.

You will find detailed technical specifications in the manuals.
Differences in "sound quality" are subjective - neither device is designed for a certain "sound".
