Struggling here - hope you can help

I own an Allen & Heath Zed R16 mixer which is connected to my modern iMac via firewire (I only have one FW port)

The FF800 is connected with 2 light pipes - in and out. IN works- I can get a signal from a synth into the FF800, thru the Zed and then into Ableton.

I eventually achieved this by updating TotalMix so that Hardware input 1/2 routes to ADAT OUT 1/2

I need to send a continuous audio signal from Ableton TO a hardware device, and I want to use one of the outputs on the FF800

I'm struggling with the TotalMix config. If I wanted to send a signal to Output 1/2 from Ableton, what TotalMix config should I use?
