Topic: -63 or -infinity

ufx 163 / Tmx 160 / macpro 5,1 / midi rotary BCR200 ctr : a small question : is it normal that when lowering down the fader with MIDI, i can "only" obtain -63,8 ? (in my case i can still hear something when the signal is hot, like cd), but with the mouse, i can obtain the -infinity ?
