Topic: Controlling headphone volume (PH7/8) with USB ARC on Fireface UCX

Hi,

I'm new to Fireface UCX and TotalMix and I've got following question:

How can I use the USB ARC for controlling the headphone volume? I've tried "VOL PH1" and "VOL PH2" on my ARC and the encoder shows no functionality, while turning directly the encoder on the device is working. Do I need to change something within the settings ("ARC & Key Commands")?

Did you assign the channels PH 7/8 as "Phones 1" in TotalMix Control Room (bottom right, Assign button)?
