Topic: UFX Analog Output Voltages

The manual states that the UFX support +4dBU and -10dBV ouptuts. Which of these would best be used for:
a) amp with input sensitivity of 1.4 VRMS
b) amp with input sensitivity of 0.77 VRMS
c) amp which requires 2.2V for maximum output

Re: UFX Analog Output Voltages

So, +4dBU delivers 1.22 VRMS or +/-1.78V which means that the UFX won't be able to drive an amp requiring 2.2V for maximum output to full power. And, similar, -10dBU delivers 0.33VRMS or +/- 0.45V which means that it's a long way from driving an amp with 0.77VRMS to maximum power. Are these conclusions correct?

Re: UFX Analog Output Voltages

No. The manual clearly states that in +4 dBu setting the max output level is +13 dBu (page 41) and also explains why that is the case. Same for -10 dBV giving max +2 dBV = +4.2 dBu
